WILL CALL DELIVERY SERVICE

As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and placing your order before you run low. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.


Delivery Times

  • Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Winter (Nov–Mar): Up to 10 business days due to high demand and weather


When to Order

  • Order at 30% on your tank gauge

  • Order earlier (40–50%) if you have a small tank or during winter months


Preparing for Delivery

  • Clear access to your tank (driveways and paths free of snow/ice or obstacles)

  • Mark your tank with a flag or marker above snowbanks, especially for underground tanks


Winter Tips

  • Plan ahead—usage is higher in cold months and weather delays are possible

  • Ordering early helps avoid running out of propane

ATTN WILL CALL CUSTOMERS

During high demand, it can take up to 10 business days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please let us know when your tank gets to about 30% full  to avoid incurring additional fees.

If your tank is less than 10% and requires a special delivery during business hours, a $100 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery.

If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery.

Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery in order for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas Service.

To avoid the extra fees associated with an Out-of-Gas situation,
we encourage all Will Call customers to consider upgrading
their account to Auto Route Delivery.

  • DO NOT use this form for emergencies.
    • If your tank gauge reads 5% or lower, it is considered OUT OF GAS. Please contact our office by telephone immediately for assistance.
  • DO NOT use this form if your tank is less than 20% full.
    • Contact our office by telephone to discuss your options.
